One of my common haunting sites has a river (creek) crossing that has a steep silty bank on the opposite side... I haven't been up it in my Explorer with the L/S yet, I went up it in my advisers Toyota LandCruiser with factory E-lockers... It has no problem... Although, you do need to flip that magic switch first...
