Tow Hook Bolt Sizes?

On my 2002, I have stock tow hooks, and I need to get the front bolt off them so I can mount my KC's... I believe all the bolts are the same size that hook it them to the frame, there's 3 bolts total. I believe the nuts require a 21mm, can anyone else confirm? Thanks.

I believe the bolt and nuts require a 19 mm,,,the best way to know is to try

Nope, its bigger. Tried a 20mm, was too small, 22mm was too big, but I was just checking to see if anybody had a 21mm they could go test for me. I would try a 21, but I don't have one so...
