tough decision. Help please!

Okay. This is what i got on my plate right now. I go to school and theres this guy who thinks its fun to mess with my truck. like take my support firefighters magnet. take my sandbags out of the back put them under my tires. Next day do the same in town while gone with my buddy, caught him this time so I know who it is. I then tell him not to do it again. during one of my exams he did it again. Well this time i flipped at him called him told him not to touch my truck again or I am going to the cops. well heres my tough decision. I got a hint from a friend thats he is going to draw a big cock on my truck with a window marker. so even though its a window marker and washes off i need to know should I still go to the cops about it? I have really had enough with this guy. What do you guys think?
