Get the cops involved. More than likely this asshat has been in trouble before for doing similar stuff.
I had a guy when I was in school that thought it was funny to jb weld razor blades under door latches.
File a restraining order, take pictures of the "before and after". Or just do like I did and give 'em what they got coming to them! (breaker bar across the shins tend to make people stop and think before they do stupid stuff again...)

so i helped him fix it, we took a pepper sprayer and duct taped it just inside the door on the cab side, ran a string to the hinge on the door and glued it to the pepper sprays trigger then armed it through the rear window and slid it closed. we skipped first period to watch. sure enuff about ten minutes late for school, some dumbass black kid walked right to it lik he knew wut he was doin, opend the door. and hit the ground like a fish on dry land 8-D and we got away with it cause the kid knew better then to tell how it happened, you just have to make ur own call sometimes man. are u class of 2010? i am

he eventually tried to get the school to penalize us, funny thing is we all got caled down to the office, only to give a testimony of burgulary and vandilism of private property on public grounds. dumbass got expelled his senior year. we were just told we couldnt bring pepper spray anymore.

I've seen some bad ones, one poor guy got his truck painted with what the morons thought was chalk marker spray. It wasn't, poor dude had profanity sprayed on his nice, clean little S-10 in orange flagging paint. Cops got involved and the vandals had to buy a full respray on his truck, plus all the body work it needed to get the stuff off. My shop class that day removed what we could so he could at least drive home without a huge cock on his hood. He was incredibly chapped and I could see why, some people have no respect for other people's property and sometimes the authorities have to get involved for them to learn.

Lurnin' him a lesson on the other hand is a whole nother matter.

Some asshole at my highschool kept throwing garbage in the bed of my truck. One day I was walking up to it and I saw him toss it in and get in his car. He liked to leave his sun roof open. I returned the favor. He told me he was going to kick my ass, I told him to try it. I don't think he even looked at me after that. I'm not a big guy by any means. Most people that mess with your stuff behind your back are too much of a pussy to do anything when your looking or do something about your retaliation.

This is different. This guy is actually messing with your junk. Either kick his ass, or take the day off from school and sit out in the bushes like another member said, catch him on camera, and file vandalism and harassment charges.

I don't see how you could get in trouble for that, other than it being pepper spray on school property but it is being used as self defense (for your truck )

I would get the authorities involved (principle/police). I don't like the police, and they don't like me but when shit happens I call 'em right away. There is plenty of things you could do, straight up slash his tire, break his windows, key it or put a ping pong ball in his gas tank, get a couple bottles of brake fluid and give his car a bath. The problem is anything you do can get in you trouble. Its best just get authority involved.

Just a note from an old guy who has beat his share of a$$. Go to the cops and file a formal complaint.
Do, make a point of telling the officer that you have already brought it to the principals attention, and he's done nothing.
Do Not make threats.
Do Not be intimidated.
Do Not attack this guy or get your friends to help.
Do Not vandalize his vehicle or set a "trap" for him.
Look, this is a PITA, and I assume that the last thing you want is MORE trouble.
Going to jail for this POS is not smart, and then he will own you.
You are a citizen, and you have rights. Vandalizing your property is a crime.
If you don't get satisfaction from your local constable's, go to your state or county officers.

Go and JB Weld his locker shut. Put a sliver of rolled tinfoil in the lock on his locker/car door. When he puts the key in, the foil will prevent the tumblers from turning, and dumbazz will have to pay to have the lock worked. Walk up, don't say jack, and kick him right in the balls, then walk off. Call the cops, useless buggers anyways, most of the time. who the hell cares? it's high school, better to get an authority figure involved instead of doing something stupid that could get you in trouble. At my high shool you could get a week suspension for getting in a fight, even if it was off campus.

handle this yourself. you need to screw with his car. remove the driveshaft or put it up on blocks one day. let all the air out of his tires. put a video camera in a friends car that parks near you and get it on tape, then go show the principal or cops. i was always pretty big in high school, so i didnt have anyone pick on me. my friends would joke around, but we NEVER screwed with eachother's trucks. good luck

well he never did end up doing it, must of learned his lesson the last time. but if there is ever a next time. the 5 o will be getting involved for sure.
