Torsion Bar Crank

i dont realli kno much about this way of lifting but am looking into doing it on my truck, will it work on a 87 4x4 ranger? and does it only lift the front of the truck?

Won't work on your truck, the 98 + ranger have torsion bars, you have a coil sprung twin traction beam suspension. You can lift yours using spacers underneath the front coil springs. Check in the tech library for in the lifting for cheap section for ideas on coils spacers
