Torsion bar breakage

I'm not a torsion bar expert, but I would suspect that you'd want to replace these things in pairs, so they have the same "set".

Does anyone have experience on replacing these piece-meal?

If you work in a shop, how come you didn't do the alignment yourself?

At the time I was working at a shop that didn't do alignments. So, I had no choice unfortunately.

I plan on replacing the other torsion bar for good measure, but I just didn't have time to do it.

so are there torsion bars out there that are more heavy duty than the stock OEM ones? i've been trying to look for some but i've had no luck. I do allot of off roading and the last thing i want to happen is have a torsion bar break while i'm on the trail.

Its to bad more business's couldn't stand behind their work like this shop is on theirs. The world would be a better place. Unfortunatley it seems like all anyone does it point the finger and not take any blame...

Hey man welcome to TRS but just a quick shout out, you may want to check thread dates before you post. If you notice this thread is a year old and members may be gone by now. Don't forget to try the search bar:icon_thumby:
