I'm not afraid to act my age, 68. the beginnings of arthritis is becoming an issue.
I really get into bashing on things with a big hammer.
those bends are from a 5" vise and a shorty BFH.
used a 2 x 3 piece of 3/8" bar to put the finesse in the bends. that allows hits right at the fold.
