Charger showed up today. Going to try and draw up some SolidWorks files for flanges and stuff. This will let me share the design easier.

Nice weather is here!

I started changing out my stock motor mounts for the upgraded Ruffstuff Specialties mounts. The stock mount was cut off and ground down yesterday. Today Im going to start the frame side brackets. I have to cut out a plate for the frame rail first, then make the mounts.

should be on hell of a rig once its all wrapped up :icon_thumby:

why the duct tape around the oil filter?

Or to cover what brand it is.............

This is going to be a hell of a truck when done!!!!!

Sawzall accident like 2 years ago put a hole in the filter. I didnt replace it yet because I am relocating the filter to the firewall.

I port the M90 superchargers if you'd like, I can put up some pictures (if I can find them) of some of the ones I've done in the past.

Basically on the output, take about a 1/4" of material from the "V". Don't touch the bolt bosses though, otherwise it'll be a PITA to seal up properly. On the inside corner, put a chamfer in there about 45-60*. I've found a couple extra horse that way than just rounding it out. Nothing really able to do with the output hat, unless you want to step up to a 3/4 raised top. On the input side, open up the port to look like a smile, and make everything as smooth as possible. Looks like a fun project!

Frame side is half done. Have to finish welding the two mounts shown then Im going to "box" them in.

Im waiting on some weld washer for around the bolt hole but other then that it is done. You can see in the last picture once I put my oil relocation kit in just how much room I will have gained from doing this. It will allow me to keep the truck as low as possible with the upper link having clearance.

Im caging from the front bumper to the rear bumper, more of a desert truck style setup.
