I have aligned my TTBs and the adj bushings are the way to go. But sometimes if your stuff is so far out their you can't get camber caster both right with just the bushings. Sometimes you have to sacrifice camber or caster to get the other. That might have been his case. He just couldn't get enough caster without giving it to much camber. But i wasn't working on the truck so i don't know. But if you have stock radius arms you can get adjustable radius arm bushings to help with getting more positve caster. When i stuffed F-150 springs into my Stock B2 and lifted it 3"s (no drop brackets), i was able to get my alignment specs right about where yours are at currently using the adj bushings and the adjustable radius arm bushings. But like Junkie said atleast you finally found somebody who tried and when ran into problems he asked you vs saying he couldn't do it.
