We have a pest control company called ARAB here. They have ancient Nissan pickups, 80's models I'm sure. They were old and faded when I moved here in 1997. They are still here.

+1 on the job dude. If you're making a living, and doing ethical work - don't hang your head. I've got bugs, can you help me?

I think your going to have to go to a doctor for that, i dont think you want him spraying chemicals where your bugs are!!!!:icon_rofl:

Not maintaining a driveline will result in that. It's not just a Chevy that it can happen to. Break it just right and any drive shaft can fall out.

As for breaking it just right, he was driving through a neighborhood at 20mph.

But now that you mention it, As for maintenance, our company has a contract with good year... I doubt they ever even took a look at the drive shaft during any of his services.

Lets try and take this thread off such a down note. Here's my current work truck. It's an 07 and it just rolled over 98k miles.

It has a 125psi sprayer pump connected to a 35 gallon tank. They also added some sort of sonar sensors to the sides called "Eagle eye" but just like all that new fangled junk, it broke well before I got the truck at 50k miles.

I've been leaving from my house early in the morning and going straight to my stops since they're so far away and scheduled at 7am. Next time I'm in the shop I'll try and snag a pic of our Termite tech's 09 Super duty. 290 gallon tank with a pump built for ground injection.

One of our "less intelligent" techs filled the tank up the morning before he took it to good year for new tires. The lift couldn't get the back end off the ground.

I'd work at McDonald's before I took a government handout created by other people's hard work.

But at the end of the day, I still feel like I'm this guy...

Just be glad you got a job, I'll admit it to you guys here and now, I have no love at all for Tyson foods inc., and working in that freezer 5 and sometimes 6 days a week, but it pays the bills and keeps my truck on the road, so I shouldn't complain to much. Just my .02.
