It "looks" clean in pictures lol. The tailgate is pretty rusty (stupid chinese knock-off replacement), the bumper is bent, all over the truck has various scratches and little dents, but what do you expect out of a 17 year old truck that was used for plowing/utilitarian type duties.

Yea I'd jump on the 4x4 for sure. get some all terrain tires and you'd be set. Does that have air bags on the front I know the older ranger with a plow package had airbags to accommodate the extra weight.

It's got airbags, his truck never had the plow package.
