Tires

I'd probably suggest you try to pick between the Interco TSL SX and the Goodyear MT/R-K.

The SX like said has the toughest sidewall hands down, but they are pretty soft rubber and being bias-ply, the tread life (mileage) isn't gonna be real great. Running them rock-hard on the street I bet would help them last longer overall, but you'll then have to try to rely on your aired-down usage offroad to keep the edge (lug) wear in sync with that of the center of the tread.

The MT/R-K gives up a little sidewall strength and aggressiveness for much longer tread life. Within it's class (radial MT tires), the MT/R-K is probably gonna have the strongest sidewall (if puncture resistance claims about it's kevlar belts have any merit), and should be on the higher end for treadlife as well (I think I'm up around 40K now on my old-style MT/Rs on my Ranger, and there's probably about 30% left on them still).

The BFG Krawler is another radial with a good strong sidewall, though not as much treadlife as the MT/R-K.

NO tire is gonna stand up long to running around on it flat unless you have some type of run-flats on your wheels though.

i say go for the bfg goodrich km2s best tire money can buy very good tire for the money

so far the MTR/K seems like the best option.
