tire size

so i found some old tires and rims in garage the rims size is 18x9 and the tires that are on there are 285/60r18 i was wondering if this tire size and rim would fit my 2003 ford ranger 4x4 with aftermarket torsion keys cranked so about a 2 inch lift up front and if not would the rims fit with differnt tires? if so what tires size?

The tires are about 31.5x11.5 so they should fit. What's the width and backspacing of the wheels?

honestly, if i found them in the garage theyd go up for sale, so i could buy some vehicle correct wheels and tires on the cheap from craigslist and have money leftover for some beer and bud lol
