Tire size help

Found a set of BFG P265-70-R16s. My truck came with P245-75-R16s. Anyone see any issues especially with side clearance. They are almost the same in diameter with 20mm wider or 10 per side, about 3/8th of an inch.

I'm running general grabber at2's in P265-70-R16 and have no issues (completely stock and no body lifts) no rubbing or clearance issues. pic for reference.
