Tire and Rim size help

I have an 02 4x4 Ranger Edge with the factory 16x7 rims. I am planning on leveling it and going with a larger tire, hopefully reusing the factory rims. I found this post (http://www.therangerstation.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11601) and I really like the look. Any idea how close I can get with my factory rims? Does anyone have any rim recommendations to get the look in that post?
