2.3L ('02-'11) Throttle body upgrade for 2.3 duratec?

I've been scouring the web for the past week with no luck.

Trying to find out if there is a big throttle body upgrade available either by aftermarket or by swapping oem parts. We've got a 2.3 duratec ranger with a lumpy cam, headers, and a tune. It's running good but the tiny stock tb is choking it.

what intake do you have?
Mazda guys get intakes from I think Brazil that has bigger runners and a bolt on throttle body.
unfortunately the ports are also larger so you need an adapter plate to mount the intake.
check out the Fusion 2.5, it has a drive by wire throttle body, no IAC though.

I have a u.s. spec 2003 ranger. I've been looking for the past month. Haven't found any options yet other than an old focus aftermarket svt throttle body but I would need to 3d print an adaptor to flip it 180 degrees.
