I'd suggest trying your device(s) on someone else's wifi, to see if that makes any difference. Make one change at a time and start isolating variables........

What was said about DNS and ad-blockers is some insight into how the internet works, but really it would help if you just tried a different service and see what the results are.

If you use your phone as a hotspot and connect your laptop to that, does it help?
