Have you been welding at home lately? Stray EMF Emissions from a nearby welder may have caused a magnetic flux buildup in the router, messing up the frequency switching for certain IP’s. It might need to be degaussed. Chances are it will dissipate on its own in a few days.

I wouldn't expect that, no. But it is trouble-shooting 101..... unplug, wait, and see if problem continues.How could a modem or router go bad in such a way that only affects one single website...
And you could well have some stuff messed up in your browser, but let's go one thing at a time.

Your ISP may have also ended up on some 'naughty' list. But that's something the forum admin(s) would have to look into.
