Third Brake Lights

What years F250 / F350 third brake lights, if any, work on 2008 - 2011 Rangers? I assume the afternarket ones for the corresponding year would also work.

Also can the stock third brake light be modified so it lights all the way accross (mine has no cargo lights), if so is all is all that is needed is some bulb sockets?

I bought one of those LED third brake lights on Ebay a few years ago. Looks nice and it has the cargo lights and it is really bright!!! I see them on Ebay all the time. Search Ebay for it, Bro. Not to much money.

I guess a 99-05 F series light would do, since its the same as the Ranger(the light)
as for adding the lights, u only need the sockets, bulbs and wire them splicing the main bulb.
or get a LED stripe that fits, and cut the back so u can fit it with glue, looks cool that way
Red LED will light better on the red lenses.
