Hept you got a picture of that side? i gotta see what that actually looks like.

i can't SEE the bend, but the only possible explanation for that alignment sheet is that it's bent.

Agreed but the alignment of ball joints being that far out of spec is visible. Also makes me think something else is bent too.

Alright, well I got the camber problem fixed, but the tire still has a little tilt. I have absoltely no clue whats wrong with it. What could it be?? The ball joints and tie rod ends are good. Someone told me I couldve bent the frame, but I didn't hit the rock very hard. And something else certainly would've broken first, right? Even the local shop couldn't figure out the problem. They said they'd have to take the whole front end apart to see whats wrong. Any ideas anyone???

Did you check the control arm bushings? Maybe you bent the bolt? I'm just throwing ideas out here. Or maybe even bent the control arm?

As unlikely as it sounds...maybe you stretched or fractured some/all the bolts holding your hub/bearing to the knuckle? I've seen a Yukon DRIVE in to the shop I used to work at...when we lifted it, the whole wheel assembly fell off....the bearing had sheared itself in half.

Is there ANY loosness at all in your front end?

Everything on my front end feels exactly as it did before. and even with the tire still slightley curved in i don't feel any difference in ride quality. None of my friends could even tell the tire was still slanted, I noticed it right away. I have no clue what it could be.

Well...technically, that would be what happens when you crank your torsion bars.

I know on LOTS of rangers, you see the front wheel tilted in on the top...and it's always on one side and not the other.

Maybe it's from doing your TT and it's more pronounced on that side?

Maybe the fresh front end parts made it stand out even more?

I'm going to take it to a ford dealership and (pay out the ass) to see if they know whats wrong. Pretty soon I plan on replacing all my ball joints, tie rod ends and maybe even my control arms. I just have to save up a little more money. Thank god for summit bucks, $100 worth of free stuff can really come in handy!
