Hours of reading and didn't throw the numbers into a calculator before building? Sounds risky.

Looks like its working pretty well though. Did you move the link to the rearmost hole in the arm?

Looks bad ass! where did the stinger go?

took the stinger off never really had it one there. i was bored and bent it up will be on in a week or 2 tho i cant wait to finish the tube work.. here is another vid of the hill climb its a littlw further down so it was steeper and taller. it was almost as tall as the truck and the truck is over 6'5 inches tall at the top tube

clicky

SO I didnt read the entire thread, but you have sway bars on a truggy why? It doesnt go fast enough to need body roll control and extremely limits travel, you may still get some good travel out of it, but not near what you could have. It will control body roll, but not as much as it could since that sway bar has to be extremely small to allow for that amount of flex, iM confused.

the thing flexed perfect and hit the bump stops and stretched limiting chains no problem when I road in it.

nice...what size are the tires?

as for the bead locks did you have to get the lip turned down or did you grind it yourself?

Tires are 36 13.5 actually measure out to 36.8 cause interco is cool like that.. I just ground the lip myself. Actually did both sides. I had to run sway bar because it had really bad body roll under power(v8 and all that gear reduction) and also on side hills it felt like it was going to fall over.. I've got it set on the softest setting and I works great doesn't limit flex at all but fixed all my problems..
