well i should be getting my other 2 air shocks today along with the nitrogen stuff to fill the shocks.. so she should be holding her self up this weekend!!! then its time to make that 5.0 breath..

Lots of good tech and build pics here. What size of air shock are you using? sway away 2.0?, what length?

sway away 2.0 18" travel.. front uses most rear uses all..

the limited flex on the front is caused by the heim joint on the pitman arm. It maxes well before the passenger side gets to full droop. He's going 60's if the D44 doesn't hold up this wheeling season. Then its full hydro time.

jesus that is so cool. Its beyond me knowing this much about trucks and having those kind of welding skills, the possibilities are endless.... I would like to know how much money you saved being able to do this all yourself, totally custom looks great man!

well a little update.. fried ecm so on the hunt for one of those(not sure how i did it yet) but on a positive note my on board air stuff showed up

about where the 5 gal tank is going to sit

and the constant duty pump (yea i said duty)
