Give It Up -- Don Dokken (solo album)

I'm 46 and I don't believe I've ever bought an album tape or CD then subsequently sold it., so my music collection has been building for
more than 30 years...

And while the guys I knew in highschool were buying guitars,
Amps and Mixing boards I'm the guy who collected microphones
and bought my very own Four track reel-to-reel deck and
DBX Encode/Decode units.

Can you guess what I did in the band?

Move It -- Great White

I mixed the sound TOO, when the base player (who thought he
was the band leader didn't interfere) after it was recorded, including
my own voice. Most people have to learn an instrument, I AM an instrument.

So you might say I can remember song titles because I spent a great deal of time memorzing lyrics.

"Wheel In the Sky" -- Journey

What's important to me is doing it RIGHT, I simply don't sing songs where I can't hit the highs as well as all the shifts. Mimic is my game, it was perfection for a cover band, but I never really found "my own voice"
so to speak. I can copy most artists I like, and have a range that covers Scott Stapp at one end and Geddy Lee (some songs) at the other and good control, but if I ever have to sing something I haven't heard sung before it's gonna be a train wreck. :)
But I do listen to a lot of stuff I simply don't try to sing.

The Fire Down Below - Bob Seger

The Fire Down Below - Bob Seger

Down Poison -- 3 Doors Down

I wonder how long we can keep "down" going

Might I suggest doubling of points for each sucessive use of a word other than "I", "And", "If" (etc)
