Thanks for the fender pic. Looks pretty good man.

After seeing pics of the chopped Ex's, they look pretty sick. I'm sure you could pull it off. I don't think it'll be as light/nimble as your ranger is, but it'll hold your family without any issues. The short box will be just enough for your spare/cooler/camping gear/etc.

Actually, a 38" spare might take up the whole bed. lol

lol yea id have to rig up a tire gate or something for the spare. yea the not being light and nimble will suck but ill manage.

to keep it from looking too huge ill do a small exo. do some roof bars and some sliders.

Tell you what Jon, I've got a set of 44/9" axles, SAS the ranger with the 44, and SAS the exp with the 60, and build the exp...FYI, you won't need to cut the doors if you move the rear axle back for better departure angle and stability

i was looking through pirate and found this and thought its be a good idea for the exo.

basicly just a regular interior cage with the tubes coming through the body to protect it where its neccasary. this ones kinda plain but you could use the idea more and bring it up to the fenders etc

I'd to the exo on the outside all the way through, with the long roof I want atleast some bars across the roof line. I won't run it over the front end and probably just a single bar wrapping around the rear.

Just want enough to keeP me safe in a roll

Lowest I'd go on the Ranger Jon is 2500. Although, if it were me, I'd put a used bed and used fenders on it. GUARENTEE you can sell it for 3. Hell i may even buy it for a DD.

Take out them damn seats before you sell it though!!!!!!!!!

Yup I'm keeping the seats lol, I think I have a buddy here in town wanting it. He's going to see if the can get the money.

I'd let it go for 2500 but I'd start pulling shit like my cb winch ammo boxes cd player blah blah blah. 3000 like it sits or I'll part it out

it kinda sucks to see the ranger go but at the same time i think the ex is gonna be pretty sick... i wanted to chop the 93 we have out back just like you want to. plus i have a 460 sitting in the garage.... and can get a set of one tons fairly easy...

i have a buddy who really wants it, he's seeing if he can come up with the cash.

id rather it go to somebody who will keep wheeling it and beating it up over it turning into some flat biller's street queen and getting drove into the ground.
