you changed the plugs? My sons exlporer is a BIT(H to seat that passengers side rear plug. it could have come loose. my $.02

i will check em, im going to try and compare to another 4.0. i may just be superstitious about normal noise, but it doesn't seem normal. meh, ill let you guys know if i find anything. thanks for the ideas.
