First order was great, shipped right away.

Second order took a few days to ship, thought it was weird but no big deal.

Third order went in two weeks ago yesterday, tracking number has been created at USPS (on the 8th) but they have not received the order yet. After the order confirmation email I have received no emails or response to my emails and they won't answer phone.

And when I search by their name rather than a part I need on a search engine... according to BBB and Yelp I guess it is pretty common.

Sooo, buyer beware.

Yeah, pretty obvious when you search for their name.

I found them searching for "M5ODR2 input shaft". It pops up to the part when you click on it, they have a nice looking website. I don't generally do much investigating beyond that. I do now.

Amazing all the crap I have bought online over the years I haven't been burned before now.

I have had very good luck with Cobra Trans parts when looking for transmission and transfer case parts.

Ordered parts from Cobra last Thursday, received them last Monday.

Received an email on rating the products from APW... at first I thought this would be fun but decided to wait and see how the CC thing works out. Then I get home and there is my parts from APW.

Ree-freeking-haw.

Not sure how contesting it will work out now... and now I have a spare set of M5OD shims and a second NP205 seal kit.

Might as well be as far as I am concerned.

I didn't google it beforehand Yelp and BBB paint a pretty bleak story. It sounds like even if you get a hold of them for a return they won't acknowledge they received it so you don't get any credit for it. Which is worse than having parts you no longer need.

This is precisly why i hardly ever order anything online. Unless A)its just not available locally or B) its 50% or more cheaper.

I prefer to yell face to face then by phone or email
