I work on the KC-135 fuel system. I'm not sure what Phase Dock and Flightline use to wash the planes now but it isn't simple green. Nasty smelling stuff whatever it is. It's pretty bad when a guy who has lost a good portion of his sense of smell due to tank work, thinks it smells bad.
