Hey all, i'm getting ready to replace my wires and plugs and wondered if anyone had any thoughts about replacing the coil pack as well? Has anyone had better fuel mileage/HP experience with this?

Thanks!

It's your money.
I say, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

See how much it improves with new plugs and wires first?

The only reason you should ever need to replace a coil pack is if it cracks open or if it goes bad inside and dies. If it is working then it is working. My coil packs have 372,000 miles on them and they still work as if they were new, although now they are starting to crack along the outside casing so I'm thinking of eventually replacing them, maybe, if they start arcing to the mounting bracket.
