Texas 4x4 rescues stuck drivers

BTW he said he ended up with $150 in donations left after he paid for gas. Just FYI

glad to hear that A) he wasn't charging people for it, as that's not why people should be doing something like that... if he wanted to charge, he should open a towing company, and B) the people who he did pull out were grateful enough to compensate him for his time

this is one of those things that when you think everyone is out to get you, the world kinda turns and shows you there are still decent people eh?

i do that more then i want to.

not as much up here as detroit though.

my wife thinks i have some sort of phobia about passing broken down or stuck vehicles.:dunno:

and it pisses her off to no end at times because of the expense it sometimes incurs.

This is awesome! Thank you, OP, for the info. Passed this on to all my buddies here in Texas...

And yea, it sucked here. Too many idiots with ice. In Houston, there was around 800 accidents over the course of Friday & Saturday.

yeah guys, keith is a pretty cool guy. and his "diet K5" is sick. he actually built the rig with the intention of an off road recovery service. texasrockcrawlers is here in my town, so we get to see alot of neat rigs like his.

finally a GOOD spotlight on our hobby. :icon_thumby:
