Mechanical injection pump vw
Tdconversions sbf bellhousing adapter
3.8 bellhousing
94 and up T5 for longer input shaft
164 tooth 0oz flywheel
Omega boost controller.
Some sort of lift pump
Izuzu NPR alternator with vacuum pump if vw one wont work
timer for glow plugs
61-79 f-series clutch cable and a bracket for mounting under dash to pull instead of push type clutch pedal.

That sounds like a fun truck. Last i checked the SBF adapter (TD conversions) wasn‘t in production much less in stock yet. They were still working on it. Also the larger bellhousing takes up a lot of space at the rear of the head which will requires modification to the VW coolant pipe. I put an ALH in a Willys jeep & had to go with a small block chevy adapter & adapter BH to get to my ford t18. The benefit of TD conversion adapter is its 2” thick which gives clearance for the VW vaccuum pump Which in turn means you don’t have to make accessory brackets and you can use a modified VW unit with a VW alternator. This though comes with @ 3/8” clearance to the stock steering box.
