tapping being felt through the steering wheel

just yesterday i started to notice a tapping sensation coming through the steering wheel. with the stereo off and the windows down, i cannot hear it. there doesnt appear to be anything rubbing on the steering shaft. any suggestion on what this could be? thanks

moving or stopped? turning or straight?

i think it does it while moving or when im stopped and turning the wheel getting ready to turn at a light. does it either turning or going straight.

i guess i had gotten water somewhere it shouldnt have been. it happened after i rinsed off some spilled antifreeze
