Tailgate Netting + LED Bar

I've got a '99 Ranger with a Stepside bed, so my problems are both the same. The bed is 46" wide and I can't find any Tailgate Nets or LED tailgate bars that are short enough to fit it. I've decided that if worst comes to worst, I can just drill holes on either side of the back-end to get the 49" LED bar to fit.

But does anyone know of any Tailgate Nets that can fit Stepside Ranger beds? Or ones that could possibly be modified to fit 46"?

you can mod it but think the shortest you could go with the 49'' is 47'' u might be able to get it down to 46 but thats pushin it. the shortest i got the 49'' was 47''

I'm not really handy with the electrical stuff, so I'd feel kinda iffy trying to mod the LED bar. I'm considering just drilling holes in both sides of the back so it can fit.

And I'd still like to find a tailgate net that fit a 46" bed, but I'm losing hope.

you may try to contact the company that makes them and see if they can make one for the bed of yours ? after they see there's a market for them they may offer it to the general public?
