Can anyone recommend a good tailgate lock? Seems like the only thing out there is the Pop&Lock

I just googled "ford ranger tailgate lock" and there are about 15 different locks availible. From manual trurn key locks to intergraited electric locks that work with the lock switch in the cab or on the key fob.

My google shopping search basically showed 3 types of Pop&Locks and then various power lock setups. What have people found to be the better manual lock setup?

Can the power lock from the liftgate of an Explorer be used in the tailgate of a Ranger?
