tail lights

I have a 93 splash. I have a busted tail light. I am ordering a new set. My question is what is the difference between the splash tail lights and regular bed tail lights. A lot of the lights say (not for splash). Is the depth different or these site trying to scam me. The splash tail lights are 3x more expensive. I looked at the lights on my 94 regular bed they look the same. What gives? Thanks.

thats a gimmick..... any tail light will fit your 93.. i bought some tails for a 02 ranger an have them on my 95 fleet side bed.. i put them on my 96 splash an they fit NO PROBLEMS!!!!
