Switch Wiring Question!

Basically I am trying to use the Stock Rear Wiper Switch from the explorer to run my lights.

I have an 02 Ranger, I swapped the "Radio Bezel?" with the one from an explorer that had the switch. My thinking is;
The switch had 3 locations, Low Medium and High, plus the Push feature, Push bar Lights, Roll bar lights, Rear Lights and the push button for my train horn compressor.

Does anyone have or know where to find a wiring diagram for this switch?

Wired!

In the switch there were resistors for the 4 locations. I took out the resistors and "Hardwired" them back in. (No resistors) 2 locations work! but now to take it back out and figure out why all 4 locations are not working.
