Sway Bars

I didn't want to put this in 2wd or 4x4 suspension cause it pertains to both kinda. Did Ford randomly use different sway bar diameters? I measured mine and got 3.5" tall bushings with a diameter of 23mm. Some of the application lists though on various sites says it wont fit my truck. The bushing kit I think I need is either back ordered from places that have both it and body mounts I need, or in stock at places with no body mounts. Its annoying as hell since I want to do this next week. Does 23mm sound right or is it a weird one?
