Sway bar bolts

I have a 1994 ford ranger 4WD. I went to install my winch yesterday and the bolts were stripped out I found out after removing them that the bolt is fine it is the nut/clip inside the frame that is stripped. I also can’t get a nut on top of the frame to run a new bolt all the way through any ideas?

Are those the ones that have 2 nuts attached to each other by a thin piece of metal? If so, fish out the bad ones. Go to junk yard and get good ones and put them in. Or, ince you fish out the bad ines, get new nuts from a hardware store and take it all to a welder to have him put the new nuts on the strip of metal.

If it were me I'd just leave the sway bar off... my '90 hasn't had any sway bars for a decade...
