swapping interiors

I'm down stream from you and I am vaguely familiar with the Wellsboro area. Judging from the terrain around you guys and the way the water receded here, unless this truck was parked right next to the river, it was under for a week at most.

Rt 405, which runs right along the West Branch, was closed for 4 days. The bridge across into Lewisburg was closed a little longer. They were under water for only about 2.5 to 3 days.

If a Hemi Cuda was submerged in flood water, I would restore it......but an 8 year old Ranger, crush it.

Why is everybody so worried about what this guy does with this truck? It's his time and money that will be invested, and his loss if something unexpected pops up. Maybe he's got too much time on his hands, maybe he wants the challenge. He came here for advice about interiors, not for people to discourage him. You should applaud him for not having the typical American "throw it away and get a new one" attitude.

If it was a slant 6 Barracuda I would be all over it too... the 40 year old wiring was probably shot anyway and I would have little to no interest in the powertrain. :icon_bounceblue:
