ok i have a 88 ranger with LS4.10 on that is about to go to the junk yard this is my thoughts my b2 has 3.27 open axles can i swap them thanks for the help

Yes and no. Keep the whole axle, and get the pinion and carrier swapped, or the spring perches moved.

The BII perches are about an inch farther apart than the Ranger, so it isn't a direct bolt in.
