well first off there is this wonderfull thing called google then u type in 4 inch lift kit for 02 ford ranger xlt 4 door

As stated so eloquently above you could do a search to find any used lifts for your model truck, as for anything new your gonna pay...unless its 2wd then you got it a little easier but if your 4wd yea, ur gonna pay for lift. 3in body lift is the cheapes alternative, your other two choices are superlift, or a used RCD lift...which are pretty rare to find

Hmmmmm.....a new member that does not give any details about his truck....lol. He wants a cheap lift???....Put a fork lift under it and have the fork lift drive it around.....lol
