surge

My 86 2.9 starts right up everytime after i just swaped the heads. but it seems to surge when it idles, and i dont know whats rong or if anything is rong. any suggestions?

does it do this just on idle??? or going down the road as well??

If just on Idle remove and give the AIC a good cleaning with carb cleaner, let dry and replace.
