Supercharger whining sound

My powe3r steer ing whines like that. It did it on all my 2.3 mustangs, my 2.3 ranger and my 4.0 ranger. Its a ford power steering thing. I dont understand or know how to fix.

you can tell when its the ps pump because it does it louder when you turn..... and there is a tech article on how to fix that by replacing your pump with a saginaw pump from i think an f250?

Ford sucks at engineering hydraulic pumps.
Their power steering pumps and their automatic transmissions speak volumes.
