Sunroof install...

Anyone install a sun roof on their ranger? i am thinking of getting one from a old explorer.

This calls for some lexan, a saws-all, and some duct tape. A few tubes of Liquid Nails couldn't hurt either. X)

Forget liquid nails get 5200 marine glue nasty but strong

I did it on mine and it was simple. Bought it off ebay a few years back and it came with a template to trace. The rest was just dropping the frame in the hole and attaching it and putting the seal in place. Was really simple and only cost 100 bucks. Word of warning tho, if you get one thats removable, you will need to leave both windows open otherwise you truck sounds like a giant bass on wheels lol. Ranger body wasnt exactly build for aerodynamics in mind but other then that im very happy and leave it out and open most of the summer weather provided.
