Take a look at this spot, all ice around me and basically a fairly easy ride, right?

This is after a couple smaller rigs made it over.

This is after a couple more rigs made it through on the rope.

Now after just over half the rigs made it over on the rope, it is turning into a huge hole.

We journeyed for a long ways past this hole and never did find a route out to the road. We found another route that could have been traveled but it was a pretty gnarly way to go and was going to be tough for the built rigs, since we had some smaller open diff rigs, thinking about the group and not the individual, a few of us decided that we should turn back the way we came in. It's all good!! cheers

Then on our way back pretty much everyone took the less water route at that deep truck swallowing hole we created on our way in.

Wowee! That's one mother hole!

Looks like the BII kicked A$$ and took names!

Thanks guys!

We sure did turn that spot into a huge hole, funny, I f you look back at the pic below my caption "Take a look at this spot", to the right of the Bronco is where we turned the ice into that 3-4 foot deep hole in no time at all, lol.

When I came back through that spot I decided I would try the deep side instead of following everyone else's easy route, man was it deep, was a challenge pulling out of it too, didn't help I was pushing that huge 12" thick chunk of ice I am standing on in that one pic.

Yeah she was kicking ass and taking names. I hadn't even aired down for that trip, running at road pressures is sure a rougher ride out there, ha ha and not to mention the lack of traction an aired up to 22psi Swamper provides when compared to a 5psi aired down TSL. Still amazes me how much difference airing down makes on the trail and I have been airing down for at least 6-7 years now.

For only .50 cents a day you can help these rare Bears whose homes are breaking away due to global warming. Please, Give if you can.
