Needing a simple answer to a simple question.

I believe I read somewhere that your ranger is a 2.3 automatic transmission, is that true? If it is you can keep it. Can you verify what drivetrain your truck has?

Where should I post? Was asking if his truck was for sale. Someone named shran said I shouldn't be asking him that. Thought posting it here would get him to reply.

I don't care what his drivetrain is in a thread about his mental and physical health.

I know I'm not here as often as I used to be. My health is decreasing more each week. After more mri's, Dr appointments, etc.

I just burnt out, really exhausted. Seen signs from god, and hearing my Rebecca's voice, and even seeing her on Christmas morning...I miss her so much. Again, can't say how much longer I will be around, still wanna say trs has been a great part of my life.

Not always easy when you live with what I have wrong, also I'm in 2000% chronic pain each day.

we are here for you and praying for you. I always look forward to your scenic pictures when you go out for a drive. keep doing what you can to take your mind off of your troubles and keep on moving forward even if it is painful and hard.

Say all,

Haven't been on for awhile as I've had some real series health issues for the past 3 weeks or so. Haven't been able to swallow any food or fluids for a few weeks...what little has left my mouth, it has hurt like a mf'er...lost 15 pounds, I was in the hospital for a few days under going multiple tests. Failed a barium swallow test, then a endoscopy was done, and failed that. Basically there are issues with my esophagus and uvalo. Samples have been sent to pathology to determine what's going on maybe cancer or something else. Being referred to a throat specialist soon.

I may have to go back to the hospital this week.

With other health issues I'm dealing with, this is one more thing, on an entirely different level. I don't need...I just wanna go home.

I will still visit as I can. Extremely low on energy more these days.

Recently left the hospital again, and all is getting worse. Still have multiple appointments and so on. Pathology findings reveal that I have stomach cancer.
