So slo-vo has been getting on me to post a build thread so here it is

Starting with a '93 4 door Explorer. Had 4.0 A4LD 2wd.

Basic Drivetrain is:
97 Explorer 302 with GT-40P heads
NP435
NP203
NP205
'79 HP KP Dana 60
'94 Sterling 10.25

Suspension will be double triangulated front and rear with coils and shocks.

Going with 39.5x13.5x16.5 Iroks on TWF Beadlocks

Right now the Ex is completely stripped and converted to 5 spd pedals.
Finish product will be factory firewall,windshield frame and hood with tube everywhere else. Shooting for a 130" wheelbase with 90* approach and departure angles with a flat bottom skid covered in Delrin.

Front D60. Currently has Virginia 4x4 Double Shear high steer arms for full hydro, and their caliper brackets for '80 3/4ton chevy brakes. Will be getting Solid knuckles, RCV shafts, PSC steering ram, ARB.

Rear Sterling 10.25 with RuffStuff caliper brackets with '80 chevy pads and calipers with E-350 rotors. Going with ARB also.

Diff covers from BlueTorchFab. The DIY covers.

Got my 205 filler plate cut to fit. Was going to weld tonite but my regulator has the wrong fitting on it. Welding it up tomorrow.

Rob's got the gas hose at his place, didn't grab it when i got my welder back, and the regulator doesn't take a standard gas hose.

well. i was actaully just subscribing... i was just sitting back in my recliner and didn't feel like leaning up enough to type something so... i just did that
