suggestions hardwiring multiple DC12V outlets?

searched and did not find. anyone have any suggestions hardwiring a multi-port DC12V outlet? I would like for it to only come on with the ignition. 94 Ranger

Use a relay. Use the same wire size thru a fuse that is currently on the port for power, then connect the relay coil to a switched circuit with a smaller gauge wire.shady

are there extra powered ports on the interior fuse box or do I have to shoot for the fuse box in the engine bay?

Also are there any write ups for adding electrical components, I have no idea what I'm doing...
