Crappy walmart sony 10s with a 1000watt amp when the box was sealed, got 3in ports now but it still sounds like crap (walmart). Savin up to get some memphis 12s

Im lookin at some shallow mounts. Im not sure on the air space requirement but the mounting depth is 3in, compared to a 6in depth on the sonys. I will also be building new boxes
