Sub $100 tires

I am looking at getting new 15x8 rims and will need tires. The Ranger is a winter dd. Looking kinda cool and being good in the rain are the two issues for me. I have done a bunch of searching but I would like some of your thoughts.

I'd go with a studdable A/T, theres lots out there
If you want really cheap look up treadwright

my truck also has a tire called wintermark on the rear I think 80$ ea? it's an MT thats studdable and has the snowflake, they wear pretty quick though I'm not buying more

Others have said that BFG Long Trails are good in rain. I've never had them but I know they don't cost a lot. Wally-Mart or Sam's Club.
