been trying to get the 02 sensors outta the truck and they are stuck but good!! anyone know an easy way to get them out???

thanks

Torch.

Seriously, I've had them stuck and the solution I've often resorted to was to heat the bung around them up cherry red with an oxy/propane or oxy/acet torch then unscrewed them. Sometimes you have to run a thread chaser through there afterwards, but sometimes you can get away with just using heat.

Make sure to smear an extra glob of never-seize on the new one.

will neverseize interfere with the electric ground (just wondering)

It shouldn't. i use that stuff on just about everything and it's yet to cause grounding issues.

No, it's a metallic compound with lots of nickle or copper (depends on the color), should be quite conductive actually.

No. In fact Bosch brand sensors come with a dab of neverseize on the threads... but IMHO, it's just not nearly enough for as badly as those sensors weld themselves in.

I'll have to check the label, but I think the stuff I've been buying has aluminum powder in it. And yes, all three of those metals are quite conductive (think, most electrical wiring is copper or aluminum and some solders have nickel in them).
